The Suffolk Pet Crematorium is situated on an isolated farm near Great Saxham, in the heart of rural Suffolk.

Bill Phizacklea, primarily a farmer, opened the crematorium in 1999 after realising there was nowhere offering the service locally. To begin with Bill worked closely with local veterinary surgeries, with little or no contact with the pet owners.

As an owner of many family pets, Bill knows how upsetting it can be to lose a pet. For this reason he is keen to offer his services directly to pet owners, making the cremation more personal.
